Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook as per package directions. Add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Reserve 1 cup water, then drain.
  2. Melt butter over medium heat. Add bacon and cook. Remove from pan and place on paper towel.
  3. Add scallions, salt and pepper to pan. Add 2 tbsp flour and whisk. Whisk milk and reserved pasta water. Cook until thickened. Add cheeses.
  4. Stir in pasta, broccoli, and bacon into sauce. Toss until coated and serve. Enjoy!
