Turkey bacon, unprepared 4 slice 6 oz pkg or 32g
Directions
- Prepare a mini muffin tin with cooking spray; set aside. Cook bacon to desired crispiness. Drain and chop; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly pulse almonds and cauliflower in processor, until broken up well but not blended to flour.
- Add eggs and greek yogurt to processor and lightly pulse to combine. Transfer to a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Using a cookie scoop, spoon batter into prepared mini muffin tin.
