- In a food processor or blender, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble grains of rice.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion to the olive oil and sauté for about 3 minutes, or until the onion becomes translucent. Add the garlic and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
