Ingredients
Cheddar cheese ½ cup, shredded or 57g
Flour tortillas 2 tortilla, medium or 92g
Chili powder 1 tsp or 3g
Olive oil 1 tbsp or 14g
Directions
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef steak to the skillet and sprinkle with chili powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
