Directions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the onion and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Increase the heat to high and add the chicken, along with a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the chicken is almost cooked through.
