Chicken Greek Salad Lunch Box

Ingredients

• Cucumber

  raw, with peel

  ¼ cucumber or 75g

• Onion

  raw

  ⅛ medium or 14g

• Oregano

  dried

  ¼ tsp, ground or 0.5g

• Feta cheese

  ¼ cup, crumbled or 38g

• Chickpeas

  canned

  ¼ cup or 60g

• Red wine vinegar

  2 tsp or 10g

• Olive oil

  1 tbsp or 14g

• Salt

  1 dash or 0.4g

• Black pepper

  ground

  1 dash or 0.1g

• Tzatziki

  Trader Joe's

  2 tbsp or 30g

• Chicken breast

  cooked, roasted, skinless

  1 cup, chopped or diced or 140g

Directions

1. Thinly slice the onion and cucumbers. Arrange all the vegetables in a serving bowl. Add oregano, grilled chicken and feta cheese.
2. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the veggies. Follow by Tzatziki
