- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Melt butter. Pour 1/2 cup of the butter into a bowl.
- Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic salt & salt.
- Dip chicken in butter and then in crumb mix and place in pan.
- Bake 50-60 minutes.
- Add apple juice & parsley to rest of butter. When chicken is done, dab some sauce on, then return to oven for 5 minutes.
