- Cook the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil and two-thirds of the canola oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and garlic to the skillet and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chili garlic sauce and continue cooking until the chicken is browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Add the soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Transfer the chicken and sauce to a bowl.
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining canola oil over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, onion, carrots, and salt, cooking and stirring until the cabbage is wilted, about 3 to 4 minutes.
