Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil, place a steam tray over it, and add the broccoli. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
- Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels, chop, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from heat, cover, and let steam until cooked through. Slice thinly.
