Directions
- 1. Coat a large stove top pot with olive oil spray and brown the minced beef on a high heat together with the garlic and onions. 2. After the beef is browned add the spices and continue frying for another 2 minutes, then add the beans, tomatoes, carrots, peppers and V8 juice. 3. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes.
