  1. Prepare grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Combine parsley (with stems), oregano, and peeled garlic cloves in a food processor and blend for 10 seconds. Add olive oil for dressing, vinegar, and hot sauce. Blend until almost smooth, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush grill rack with remaining oil. Season steak on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill steak to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer steak to a work surface and let rest for 5 minutes.
