- Heat saucepan, add olive oil and diced onion, cook over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until softened. Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes.
- Dice tomatoes and add them to pan. add chili powder, salt, cumin,and pepper. Continue cooking until meat is cooked through and onions are tender. Drain black beans and corn and add to mixture.
