Directions

  1. Rinse the rice if desired, then cook according to the package directions. Fluff and keep warm.
  2. Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and ground turkey, season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking the meat into small pieces, until no longer pink and lightly browned, about 8–10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the edamame and spinach and cook until the edamame is heated through and the spinach wilts, 2–3 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste.
