  1. Warm the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent and the pepper softens, 4–6 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink and lightly browned, 5–7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire, tomato sauce, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, oregano, and salt to taste. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and saucy, 10–15 minutes.
