Cook quinoa according to package insTructions while sweet potatoes are roasting. 3. Prepare kale by washing, and chopping. You can massage kale with a Tsp or two of olive oil to loosen texture. 4. Make peanut sauce by blending the peanut butter, rice vinegar, garlic, braggs aminos, fresh ginger, and maple syrup together
