  1. Boil a pot of water. Put kale into water and boil for 30 seconds. Drain in a colander and rinse with the cold water. Set kale on paper towels to remove excess water
  2. Blend all the dressing ingredients in a food processor. Toss with the kale, cucumber, and chicken. Heat your wrap in a pan until warmed and top with caesar mix. Wrap and serve!
