- Spiralize the oriental (daikon) radish into noodle-like strands and soak in cold water for 20 minutes to mellow bitterness.
- Slice the ribeye into 1/4-inch strips. Toss evenly with the coconut flour and guar gum; let stand 10 minutes to help the crust adhere.
- Heat the coconut oil in a wok over medium-high. Add garlic, ginger, red bell pepper, and jalapeño; stir-fry until aromatic and lightly softened, about 2 minutes.
