Directions
- Add bread and onion to a food processor. Blend until a finely mixed in and place into a large mixing bowl.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Combine well, cover with plastic wrap, and set in the fridge to rest for at least one hour.
- Take out the bowl and form individual meatballs.
- Heat a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and sear the meatballs on each side for approximately one minute or until golden brown on each side.
- Add the meatballs into a slow cooker and smother with tomato sauce.
- Cook on “Low” for six hours or on “High” for three hours.
