Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add bread and onion to a food processor. Blend until a finely mixed in and place into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Combine well, cover with plastic wrap, and set in the fridge to rest for at least one hour.
  3. Take out the bowl and form individual meatballs.
  4. Heat a pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and sear the meatballs on each side for approximately one minute or until golden brown on each side.
  5. Add the meatballs into a slow cooker and smother with tomato sauce.
  6. Cook on “Low” for six hours or on “High” for three hours.
