- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- For the crust, spray two 12-inch pizza pans with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix soy flour, eggs, heavy cream, club soda, and salt until smooth. Spread the batter evenly over the pans.
- Bake the crusts on the center oven racks for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly golden and firm.
