Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the trimmed green beans and cook 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Drain well, then rinse under cold water to stop the cooking and keep the color. Pat the beans dry.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled green beans, crumbled feta, and sliced olives.
