Directions
- Warm a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the mushrooms and season with thyme, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and lightly browned, 5–6 minutes; transfer to a plate.
