Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the mushrooms for 3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer to an oven tray, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 5 minutes or until softened. Keep warm.
