  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and minced jalapeno. Cook, stirring often, until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, cooking for an additional minute.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then add macaroni. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 12-13 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
