Directions

  1. Spiralize the zucchini using a spiralizer, mandolin, or peeler and set aside.
  2. Mix paprika, cayenne, salt, chili powder, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl, then toss with shrimp.
  3. Heat three-fourths of the butter with minced garlic in a pan.
  4. Add red bell pepper and chopped onion, sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cajun shrimp to the pan and cook until opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. In another pan, heat the remaining butter and lightly sauté the zucchini noodles for 3 minutes.
  7. Serve zucchini noodles in a bowl, topped with the spiced shrimp and vegetable mixture. Enjoy!
