- Mince the garlic and chop the onion.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine half of the chopped onion and half of the garlic. Add the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix with a fork until well combined.
- Stir in the milk, then add the ground beef and mix well. Finally, add the egg and knead the mixture until evenly distributed. Set aside.
- Heat the pressure cooker and add olive oil, the remaining onion, and garlic. Sauté while chopping the carrot and celery.
- Add the chopped carrot, celery, crushed tomatoes, remaining salt, and water to the pressure cooker. Mix well and keep sauté mode on.
- Form meatballs using a tablespoon for even sizing and drop them into the sauce in layers.
- Close and lock the lid of the pressure cooker.
- For electric pressure cookers, cook for 5 minutes at high pressure. For stove top pressure cookers, bring to high pressure, then reduce heat to maintain it and cook for 5 minutes.
