- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut off the top of the garlic bulb, place it face up, drizzle with one-fourth of the olive oil, cover with tin foil, and roast for 30 minutes or until soft.

- While the kale is cooking, set the oven to broil on high and place the salmon in the oven. Broil for 7-9 minutes, depending on the size of the fish.
