Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Butterfly cut your chicken breast, then cut in half by length
  3. Lay 4 pieces of turkey bacon on each slice
  4. Add up to half a cup of spinach on top of the bacon. Adjust the amount based on size of chicken breast and personal tastes.
  5. Slice and add 2oz of gouda over the spinach.
  6. Roll up the chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes. Temp check (should be 165F) and continue to bake as needed.
