Directions

  1. Wash and chop vegetables and place in a strainer.
  2. Place the vegetables in a salad bowl.
  3. Slice the salmon fillets into thin slices. Place x 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying/pan and place on high heat.
  4. Fry the salmon for 2-2.5 minutes.
  5. Place salmon salad on top of vegetables and sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice and ground black pepper. Enjoy!
