  1. Cut potatoes in to bite size pieces.
  2. Cut Sausages in 1/2" thick slices.
  3. Put both potato pieces and sausage pieces into a skillet. Saute on medium to medium-high heat for about 20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the potatoes are the desired firmness. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
