Directions
- Season the tilapia fillets with curry powder, ground ginger, ground turmeric, salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
- Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
