Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the sliced mushrooms and chopped onions until the onions are translucent and the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the spinach and sauté until just wilted, 1-2 minutes.
