  1. Preheat the grill for high heat and slice the steak into cubes to skew. Cut the onion, zucchini, and peppers into wedges to skew.
  2. Apply desired seasoning or marinade onto the steak then thread the steak, bell peppers, zucchini, and onion onto skewers alternating as you do so.
  3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place kabobs on the prepared grill, and brush with barbeque sauce. Cook, turning and brushing with barbeque sauce frequently, for 10 minutes, or until the steak seems well done.
