Directions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- When the rice is about 15 minutes from being done, heat a large skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil and sauté the scallions and garlic for about 2 minutes.
- Add the ground turkey and sauté for 3-5 minutes until mostly cooked, breaking up the meat as much as possible.
