Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. When the rice is about 15 minutes from being done, heat a large skillet over high heat. Add sesame oil and sauté the scallions and garlic for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground turkey and sauté for 3-5 minutes until mostly cooked, breaking up the meat as much as possible.
  4. Stir in the chili garlic sauce, hoisin sauce, and ginger. Add the green beans and soy sauce, stirring to coat. Cook over high heat for 7-9 minutes, stirring frequently, until the beans are slightly tender.
  5. Stir in the rice vinegar and cook for one more minute. Serve over the cooked rice.
