Tamari soy sauce 2 tbsp or 36g
Directions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions until just tender, then drain well and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat half of the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, 5–7 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
- Add the remaining sesame oil to the skillet, then add the broccoli. Stir-fry until bright green and tender-crisp, 3–4 minutes.
- Return the pork to the skillet, add the cooked ramen noodles, and pour in the tamari. Toss until evenly coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.
