Directions
- Heat half of the oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
- Add the cubed tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the rest of the oil, the sliced onions and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the tofu to the pan with the vegetables. Add the hoisin sauce and garlic powder, stirring well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Serve hot.
