Gruyere cheese ½ cup, shredded or 54g
Directions
- Slice the sausage into 1/4" thick rounds and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep 12" skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and sausage, cooking and stirring often for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
- Add the julienned sun-dried tomatoes, pasta, chicken broth, and half-and-half. Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Stir, cover, and cook for 12 minutes.
