Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat 2/3 of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and tender.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil.
  5. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the tilapia fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve the tilapia with the potatoes on the side.
