  1. Combine quinoa, water, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove the lid and reduce heat to medium-low to maintain a simmer. Cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Add the frozen strawberries and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
