  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Cook turkey bacon and set aside.
  3. Mix the eggs and egg whites in a large bowl.
  4. Dice the pepper, onions, broccoli, tomatoes and chopped bacon and put them in the bowl with the eggs. Mix well.
  5. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the egg/veggie/bacon mixture.
