Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a standard loaf tin with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond meal, cornstarch, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the eggs with the apple cider vinegar.
- Squeeze excess liquid from the grated zucchini and carrot, then add them to the egg mixture along with the cheese. Mix well.
