Breakfast nachos
Drain and rinse beans. Place them in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the water and chili powder and season with salt. Stir to combine and smash about half of the beans with the back of a fork. Cook, stirring occasionally, until warmed, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
Place eggs in a medium bowl and beat with a fork. Add hot sauce, season with a pinch each of salt and pepper, and beat to mix; set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium nonstick frying pan over medium-low heat until foamy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Swirl the butter in the pan until the pan is evenly coated. Pour in the beaten eggs and let sit undisturbed until the eggs just start to set around the edges, about 2 minutes.
Using a rubber spatula, push the eggs from the edges into the center. Let sit again for about 30 seconds, then repeat pushing the eggs from the edges into the center every 30 seconds until just set, about 1 1/2 minutes total. Remove the pan from the heat. Sprinkle the eggs with half of the cheese and stir to mix.
Divide the chips between serving plates and top evenly with the warm beans. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over the beans, spoon the eggs over top of the beans and cheese, and top with the salsa. Serve with guacamole and sour cream, if desired.

Barbecue tuna sandwich
Get yourself your can of tuna and drain it, then put it in a bowl. Put 4 tbsp of your BBQ sauce on top of the tuna and mix well.
Put the bowl in the microwave with a paper towel covering it (to keep everything clean) for 1 minute. Take out of the microwave and place on your bun, you've now got pulled tuna! It tastes a lot like pulled pork, so enjoy! Toast bun for a crispier sandwich.
Cottage Cheese with Radishes
Cut radishes into quarters. Combine with cottage cheese and a dash of salt and pepper. Serve.

Chicken & Mayo Bagel
Slice the bagel in half, and if desired toast lightly.
Apply half of the mayonnaise to the cut-side of the top half of the bagel, and the remaining half of the mayonnaise to the bottom-half of the bagel.
To cook chicken, first pound out chicken breast a bit to the same thickness by carefully using a kitchen mallet or the back of a heavy jar. Cook in a nonstick pan over medium heat with about a tsp of olive oil, about 4 minutes per side or until cooked through completely without any pink in the middle. Slice the cooked chicken breast into 1/2cm thick slices.
Slice the Tomatoes into 1/2cm thick slices.
Arrange the lettuce on-top the bottom-half of the bagel, on-top of the lettuce place the slices of cooked chicken, balance the tomatoes on top of the chicken and finish by covering with the remaining half of the bagel
Sautéed Garlic Spinach
Cut off the thick stems of the spinach and discard. Clean the spinach by filling up your sink with water and soaking the spinach to loosen any sand or dirt. Drain the spinach and then repeat soaking and draining. Put the spinach in a salad spinner to remove any excess moisture.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saut for about 1 minute or until the garlic is just beginning to brown and become fragrant.
Add the spinach to the pan, packing it down a bit if you need to with your hand. Use a couple spatulas to lift the spinach and turn it over in the pan so that you coat more of it with the olive oil and garlic. Do this a couple of times. Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute. Uncover and turn the spinach over again. Cover the pan and cook for an additional minute.
After 2 minutes of covered cooking the spinach should be completely wilted. Remove from heat. Drain any excess moisture from the pan. Add a little more olive oil, sprinkle with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
