- Combine chicken, honey, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, two-thirds of the lemon juice, two-thirds of the garlic, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and a third of the olive oil in a large zip-top bag. Seal and chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
