  1. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, chopped red peppers, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. Rub the spiced oil evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets. Add a little salt and pepper on both sides as well.
  4. Heat the leftover spiced oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
