Directions
- Lightly oil or spray a medium-large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until mostly cooked through, 7–10 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, half of the ketchup, Parmesan, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring, until the turkey is fully cooked and no pink remains.
- Preheat an indoor grill to 350°F, or heat a grill pan over medium heat.
