Directions
- Place onions in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add carrots and pulse until finely chopped.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat a large high-sided sauté pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and swirl to coat. Add the onion and carrot mixture and cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Add dried basil, oregano, crushed red pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes.
