  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta water. In a pan heat oil and fry sausages. Once cooked set aside. Fry onion and chilies until golden brown then add garlic and spices. Mix well then add tomatoes and cook down into a chutney. Add 1/4 pasta water.
  2. Cook together for 8 min then add sausages, spaghetti, salt and coriander. Top with basil and parmesan.
