Fry's Vegetarian Braai Sausages
6 Sausage or 600g
Olive oil 2 tbsp or 27g
Chili powder 2 tsp or 5g
Basil 1 tbsp, chopped or 3g
Directions
- Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve pasta water. In a pan heat oil and fry sausages. Once cooked set aside. Fry onion and chilies until golden brown then add garlic and spices. Mix well then add tomatoes and cook down into a chutney. Add 1/4 pasta water.
- Cook together for 8 min then add sausages, spaghetti, salt and coriander. Top with basil and parmesan.
