  1. Heat half of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the tilapia fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
