Ingredients

Directions

  1. Spiralize the zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer, or use a peeler to create noodle shapes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender and reduced in size.
  4. Add shrimp, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook until shrimp are fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove shrimp and mushrooms from the skillet. Add zoodles and cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Divide zoodles between plates and top with shrimp and mushrooms. Serve immediately.
