- Preheat the oven to 390°F.
 - Heat 1/4 of the olive oil in an ovenproof pan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Cook gently for a few minutes until slightly softened.
 - Stir in the harissa and tomato puree, and cook for 3 more minutes. Add in the chickpeas, shrimp, peppers, and vegetable broth.
 - Bring to a gentle simmer, then stir through a squeeze of lemon juice and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
