Tamari soy sauce 2 tbsp or 36g
Ground ginger 1 tsp or 2g
Directions
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high until hot. Add the canola oil and swirl to coat the pan.
- Add the minced garlic and ground ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the mushrooms and stir-fry until they soften and take on some color, 4–5 minutes.
- Add the chopped cabbage and continue stir-frying until tender-crisp, 4–5 minutes.
- Pour in the tamari and toss to coat the vegetables. Cook 2–3 minutes more to concentrate the flavors.
- Remove from the heat and serve hot as a side or light main.
